The New Yorker
. As a weekly critic for
The New York Press
from 1998 to 2003, he wrote more than 100 exhibition reviews. As a founder of the gallery Roebling Hall, he played a fundamental role in the development of the Brooklyn arts scene in the mid-1990s. He received a BA in English and political science from Rutgers University in 1989.
